"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"We had a nice stay for one night and breakfast was nice. Our hostess was very good. The only problem was the area nothing open to get a meal. Very quiet area with not much to do, okay just for overnight. Make sure you have food with you if arriving in the evening especially September."

"Cheapest most uncomfortable pillows. No bath mat. Dangerous shower configuration. WAs occasionally noisy with limited noise suppression. Great breakfast but staff were not replacing buffet items. Scrambled eggs gone. Too warm room. Great location. Kind staff. "

"El hostal está justo al lado de la N1 Burgos- Madrid y se oye continuamente el pasar de vehículos. Por ese motivo es un alojamiento en el cual no repetiría, no se puede descansar adecuadamente. Por lo demás, en líneas generales bien, limpieza, calefacción, comodidad, acceso, etc."

"It was a great stay. We were greeted by the host in the apartment. She was very helpful and nice. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms very clean. It was all very convenient and easy to use and all worked fine. Just 8 minutes walking distance from the aqueduct from were you can walk everywhere. Thank you!"

"The breakfast was good value, and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a bit crowded with one chair, yet we would have liked having use of a second chair. Appreciated the little fridge. Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure. "

"Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our November 2024 stay at the Aralso hotel in Segovia. The front desk staff had so many great tips for touring the city. The apartment was clean, fully stocked, and very cute. Definitely we’d stay again! "

"Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. There is a coin operated laundry and left luggage lockers in the basement. Excellent value for money. Only thing I would improve is to put the mop/bucket/broom etc in an aired...

"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. "It is a wonderful experience to stay here. The villas are part of the city walls. I cannot complain about communication as I don’t speak any Portuguese. The welcome is friendly and warn. The villas have kitchenette and large fridge and coffee makers. The bed is comfortable and quiet at night. The gentle sound of an occasional vehicle travelling across the cobblestone outside the room is pleasant. Parking is sufficient for 10€\night. Very Close to attractions and cafes and plaza mayor. "
