"Second time staying here when using Hahn airport. It's a few minutes walk from the terminal but there is a shuttle bus as well. There is plenty of parking for those driving. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant was packed with parties but the helpful staff found me a spot so I could eat. Breakfast was good and checkout was quick. "

"There is free parking across the street, but it is limited. The rooms were on the small side, but nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and adequate. The breakfast was very good and the staff were an absolute joy."

"The hotel is a great destination for couples or adults. The swimming pool and spa areas are not suitable for children but wonderful for adults. Everything is very clean and well looked after. We stayed in one of the south-facing rooms (last minute booking) in the older part of the hotel, the rooms was comfortably furnished and a good size. "A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "

"The hotel was central to everything and was right on the Moselle river. I highly recommend their breakfast it was spectacular! We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!"

"Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. The coat rack fell out of the wall, there was a missing magnifying mirror in the bathroom (just a post coming out of the wall with nothing attached). I was hoping for better for the price and the...

"Nice place"

"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"
