"We stayed in Berta room for 5 nights, which is on the ground floor and right next to the guest area. We could hear when other guests either came in late or left early. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is good and the staff are super friendly, Ksenija is a great host! The location is perfect!"

"This was a great property, especially for the price. Super clean and thoughtfully set up for travellers with much storage, places to hang towels and wet clothes, etc. If you are in older traveler or not in good shape, I would avoid the rooms with the loft beds. We had no issues with the steep steps to the bed, but could be hard if you are not physically fit. "

"To say this place was fantastic would be an understatement. The apartment was so new, clean, and beautiful we wished we had stayed another night (we were only passing through from Budapest to Prague). Parking is easily accesible once you send your car registration to the hotel which was tricky for us at first but we managed to find it and get it done. This was a very last minute booking and by far is the nicest place we stayed in during our 12 day European trip. Breakfast was superb as well. "

"It is small enough to be cozy but large enough to have a good level of service. It was convenient to my destination and close to the main highway. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the key was at the front desk waiting for me. The room was very clean and everything was in good condition. It was a comfortable bed. "The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! Our two objections for the family room were: - the toilet, which was separated from the bedroom ONLY by a sliding door (while you have a normal door for the walk-in closet) - four people in the room, but only two spoons, forks, knives etc. in the kitchen All in all, I recommend this hotel and I recommend visiting Graz!"
