The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were all included in the price of the room. They even upgraded our room to ocean view! What incredible service at an incredible hotel. "

"I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! "Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. The amenities were pretty basic for an Appart’hotel - for 4* you would expect ac in the rooms but sadly not (reception loaned us a fan). Contrary to...
