"Breakfast could be better. Towels were very thin. One time the elevator was taking a long time so we decided to use the stairs to go down. Doors were locked. I notified front desk. Despite all these, they have the most amazing staff. From security personnel, restaurant staff, housekeeping and front desk, they are all very helpful. Always willing to help. The room was always clean. Everyone was so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Accommodation were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location worked was okay for me. I was able to walk to the surrounding places I wanted to visit. My only complaints are the aircon and WiFi. The air conditioner was noisy. If you want to watch something on the TV with the aircon on, you need to turn the volume way up. "We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day "

"Iloilo City Proper should be called Old Iloilo. This hotel is in the historic part of Iloilo. My room was small but functional and had a fridge. AC worked well. (Some rooms have no exterior window.) The building itself was once part of the nearby University of Iloilo. The staff are great."

"The location of this hotel is perfect! It's right by the main plaza and close to restaurants, banks, and shopping. At night, we were able to walk around the plaza which was decorated for Christmas.
