"This is a very beautiful hotel in a peaceful area east of Marrakech. The room was very comfortable and overlooked the large garden and pool. The staff are very kind and do their best to look after you. The owner appeared one night and offered me a glass of bourbon on the house. "The room was just about comfortable. However the wifi could have been stronger. The hotel was 3 star. The hotel food and staff were excellent. The hotel location is a 20 min (£15) each way taxi ride from the centre. Overall, we had a lovely time here and thank the staff and management for their kind service. "Great stay. Nice clean hotel. My single critique is personally do not like cats. They are generally very common in Morocco but I did not feel comfortable eating breakfast and a cat strolling in. "My flights were very very late and I was happy to see that they had someone at reception 24 hours. The room was nice, but someone had left the balcony door open so it was very cold and there were some bugs flying around inside. Room was everything I expected it to be. I was happy that they had toiletries and the breakfast was good."

"One of our favourite hotels in the world. The staff looks after you like you are their family. It’s perfect place to chill and relax. Spa and hammam are amazing. The cinema and heated swimming pool were nightlights for our 12 year old. It ticks most of the boxes if being perfect Moroccan hideaway in the middle of European winter. "

"Everything was good about the property with the exception the shower was draining slowly. I notified them the first day, and they sent a repairman. He told me it was fixed, but it still was not. They offered me another room, but I was too tired to move. That was the only negative about this hotel. The staff was very courteous but management should do quality checks frequently!"
