Room very warm and difficult to cool even with supplied fan. Quite a tricky exit/entrance from main road depending on time of day. Staff lovely and made to feel welcome during the stay. "Wonderful food. Polite staff and comfortable room. Only slight problem was that the fire alarm went off twice during the night but no one told the guests what was happenening. This is a real problem. Asked the next morning and an engineer had been called but 3 sleeplless hours. However other than that great! Thank you!"

"The host was acomodating and really helpful. Easily accessible via texts. We never actually saw her. Room was prepared for us and welcoming, refreshments were available on arrival and kid found little fridge greaf. Some little things in there that makes the room not be worth 10/10 like little TV never working or shower leaking so needing to use one of towels to make sure we don't drown neighbours, but we would return providing that the order becomes easier. Unsure if I'd book via hotels.com...
