"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. "Don't let late night arrival at the bottom of a steep dark hill put you off. What a lovely place. The owners are nice and the family meal in the evenings is fantastic - one of my favourite dinners on our 4weeks in Vietnam! Very much recommend!"

"If I could give the family alone 5 stars, I would. They invited us to join them for dinner each night (for 150k each) and it was a very nice experience! They also helped to arrange a trek through the area and a car back to Sapa town when it was time for us to leave.
