"I am so happy to have found this place, amazingly priced in a historic renovated property, spotlessly clean and comfortable, as well as quiet and well-located. "The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"Gorgeous!! We absolutely loved our stay. Corinne was very helpful and an excellent host. Breakfast was outstanding. We stayed in room Saline which was beautiful. The balcony was such a lovely place to relax. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a lovely village. Bages is a true gem. "

"Château le Bouïs is a truly spectacular gem of a winery and property outside of Narbonne in the Occitania region of southern France. Nestled into the foothills overlooking the valley and sea the service, restaurant and experience was amazing! Wine tasting every day from 5:30-7:30 to take in the delicious vintages they produce. "It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. "
