"Worst stay of my life. From start to finish, it was a horrible experience! Was charged an extra $200.00 upon arrival, that I will be disputing with my credit card. Bad customer service, bad internet, no towels, problems when I asked for ice. All the basic amenities that most hotels have, was non existent in this place. " This hotel is very remote & with that offers a nice & quiet escape. It is beautiful... But honestly, I regret staying here at all! Some things to improve: 1. Getting to the hotel was not easy. I tried to reach out to the hotel to request an airport service, but did not get any response from the hotel.
