Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. "Fabio the GM and the entire staff were fantastic. The food in the two hotel restaurants were excellenr. Breakfast is also something to write home about. The alpine aesthetic set the tone along with a fire in the central living room fireplace and Johnson pouring drinks from the charming bar.
