"Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. "

The A/C was super nice during the heatwave, and the amenities were thoughtful and useful when our 12 year old realized she forgot her toothbrush. "We visit PIB and Bay Shore 1-2 times a year. We love it here. We always go Monday thru Thursday when things are a little quieter. If you're young and want to party, come on the weekends!! "
