"This was the perfect start to our Thailand holiday. A beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. We loved the range of wellness activities on offer without it feeling like a ‘wellness retreat’. The staff are incredible and can’t do enough to help you, super polite and friendly. We also loved the beach club across the road where Varana guests get free use of the beach beanbags. Perfect hotel in a great location. "

"This resort is lovely with many return travelers. I recommend the club suites as the access to the club lounge with breakfast, tea and happy hour is worth it. I wasn’t impressed with restaurants in the area but the food on the resort was outstanding. You can get tours to Hong Island right on 5he beach, and it’s a quick ride to the pier for tours to Maya bay. The sights are worth it despite crowds, just go early!"

"Lovely hotel right on the most beautiful beach along the Leam Tong coast. Very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Really great that there is free transportation around the hotel area in golf carts, especially if you stay in rooms on the mountainside. The hotel looks nice, but needs a lot of love in many places. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant area needs a major cleaning."

"The resort we were staying at was not available our first night ao we decided to try this hotel for one night. Based on the reviews we read we did not know what to expect. We found the hotel very quite and comfortable. It was clean and the service was very polite. It is about a 10 minute walk from the pier (but it is very flat) and since it is always hot it is important to find the porters at the dock (we did not and worked up a good sweat as a result). "We spent six nights at Phi Phi Relax resort. We were a bit unlucky with the weather most of the days, with rain, strong winds and lots of clouds, which we were told was very unusual. Great Choice in Ao Nang

"After reading a few negative reviews we tried to change our booking to the Bluesotel SMART adults only, I’m so glad we didn’t end up switching because this location is far closer to the restaurants and shops, a short walk to the beach and we had a fantastic stay! The rooms are modern and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony facing the pool was lovely. The pool area actually looks much nicer than the pictures and we spent a lot of time there— especially at happy hour where the cocktails are buy one get one free. You can order food to your lounge chairs and if was all really good—especially the pizza. We found the staff very friendly and really enjoyed our week here. "

"The holiday style ao nang beach resort was an excellent choice for our 2 week holiday. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The resort and grounds are very clean and well maintained. The location is surrounded by many great restaurants and a short walk to the night market, which offered many fun and delicious food options. The clean beach is a minute walk away where you can spend the day swimming or watch the sunset. The resort pool is large, however they could use a few more loungers and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again."
