"We stayed 6 days in 1 of the newer beachfront units. Great view of the beach/ocean. King bed, large bathroom, A/C and a small fridge. Simple but great! No safe, but if you leave your room locked you dont need one. Cleaning staff will leave toilet paper, 2 bottles of water daily on the deck table outside. Towels too if you request them. "The Reef resort was lovely as were the staff who were extremely friendly and attentive. They pride themselves on their scuba diving and beautiful reef which can be accessed using the paddle boards or kayaks which are free to use. This island is very small and underdeveloped which was our main reason for visiting, and while the Reef resort was amazing an adult only option would have been a better choice for us. If you are a family travelling with children you will not be disappointed "

"We loved the accommodation, the staff were all really friendly, and helpful. The pool was even better than the pictures, the bungalows were spacious and clean. Bed a little hard, but as normal in Thialand. The accommodation was really well situated, with 2 min walk to the beach and plenty of cool places to eat. The grounds were tidy, lots of butterflys. And the cold drinks were lovely by the pool. We were really pleased with our choice. "

"We came to ko lanta in low season and the island seemed quieter than we expected. It gave us a chance to really relax around the beautiful resort based right on Klong nin beach. I’ve been impressed with the amount of staff busily doing their jobs. As an early riser, I’ve seen them sweep the walkways, scoop the leaves out of the pools and sweep the beach daily. "Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot. "

"Excellent stay. Ying was extremely helpful and made our four nights here a pleasure. The rooms vies were outstanding overlooking a superb beach. "Second time to the houben. Its a gem! Only negative feedback is that their gym equipment needs replacing and fixing and some of rooms now need a paint job. However, still the top spot in koh lanta by some margin. The service, the breakfast, the swimming pool. All top notch"
