"The property was beautiful overall. There was some remodeling at the nearest restaurant that required me to do a bit of walking from my resort area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a special way of welcoming you back if you were a returning guest. Overall, 9/10. "

"Everything was exactly as advertised. Quiet, private, walkable, clean, great food, friendly helpful staff. There was no expectation from staff regarding tipping. As part of the stay snorkel gear was provided by the marine sports shop and we kept in our bungalow villa. We had great snorkeling off our deck. I ever saw a sea turtle! Jesi & Bagos were our favorite staff. The food, drinks and service were top notch. Our stay was magical, truly a dream."

Room Reservation Issue: I booked a water villa specifically for a private vacation with my husband. However, upon arrival, the room I booked was unavailable, and I was offered an upgrade to share a larger house with my friends. While the villa was stunning, it did not provide the privacy I was seeking, which was a key reason for choosing your resort. 2. Boat Transfer...
