"Beautiful resort, great beach, wonderful staff"

"The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly and takes care of all of your needs. We enjoyed the many food options and different restaurants. The entertainment in the evening was wonderful. It was a rainy week. We always spend A lot of time on the beach, but because of the weather, we did some of the other activities. I will have to say the staff did a great job, giving us many options and keeping us busy. We really enjoyed the silent, disco, bingo, mini golf tournament the stretch class and we also went to a Hydro therapy circuit at the spa, which was, very relaxing and something we had never done. The time that we did have the opportunity to spend on the beach is always nice because the chairs are comfortable and we like the grass umbrellas and tables. Thanks to everyone who made it a great stay and a relaxing vacation . "

"Romantic, quiet couples getaway. The service and food is very good and the people make you feel very welcome. The property needs some repairs. Last years the property was beautiful and well kept. This year rain a lot and you can see the water marks and ceilings leaking a little even on the lobby bar. "

"The staff here is amazing! The friendliness displayed by every member of the staff was thoroughly impressive. In general, you don’t have to lift a finger in order to enjoy your stay at this facility. The food is great. The cleanliness is outstanding. If you have an event such as a wedding, anniversary, or birthday, they go above and beyond to make it super special. I told them at check-in that I have some mild food allergies and every restaurant knew about it ahead of time and were extremely accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Excellence Playa Mujeres. You’ll love it!"
