"We had an incredible few days at the Luxury resort. The staff were truly wonderful. The ladies in the spa were delightful and massages in the huts were beautful. We can't recommend it highly enough!! Breakfast is amazing!! Thank you all!!"

"The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. "This was an older hotel but in good condition, Hotel near the old part of the city and within a kilometre of the beach. 17 floors. Pool in the roof. Oddly closes at 6 PM. You can book with or without breakfast. There’s a nice café on the ground floor for drinks and smoothies, etc."

"Every aspect of this hotel was perfect and you can tell the staff and caretakers of the property take pride in it. The facilities were great, room was very comfortable and the surrounding area was very walkable and an activity in itself. The welcome drinks, crystal sauna, and freebies the hotel offers is unbeatable. Id reccomend this to anyone, but especially families. It’s super friendly and accomodating to all age groups. "

"Very average hotel with poor house keeping service. The rooms are nice but very small, the shower is next to the toilet to it’s inevitable to get the toilet seat and toilet paper wet. House keeping opened our door with knocking while we were changing so that was a big no from us. I would recommend this hotel if they improve their customer service. It’s good for budget stays"

"This is quite a new hotel. We had quite a large room with a water view. However, the building is not as soundproof as you would expect. First night quite loud music and could hear a baby crying. The finishing in the rooms was a bit lacking for a hotel claiming it is 5 star. Also,we didn’t like that there was about a 1 inch drop from the bathroom floor to the shower and toilet…could be quite easy to slip or trip going to the toilet at night. The breakfast buffet and the price were good."

"I had an amazing stay. Immaculate room with comfortable bed and wonderful ocean view. The hotel is conveniently located in the central of everything. There are abundant options of cafes, restaurants, spas, street food. I would stay there again "

"I arrived early morning (6am), unfortunately no rooms were available so I was waiting in reception area. I was asked to move out of sight which I thought was rather rude but about 10am the reception manager approached me and advised that they would be able to check me in at 10:30. Best news ever.
