"All pool chairs covered with towels by 815am. Only ten people there. It was 3 hours before some people came back for there reserved chair. "

"Was nice and modern. Comfortable beds and room. Walls were pretty thin. Could hear neighbors. Pool was nice but jacuzzi was super busy all the time with a lot of kids. First night there, the hotel fire alarm went off at 3am and they said over a loud speaker it maybe was a mistake and would let us know. They never followed up which was weird so totally sucked to be woken up for no reason in the middle of the night on holiday. Overall was pretty good value though "

"Great central location on Kaanapali Beach. Has more of a relaxed, authentic Hawaiian feel. Much quieter than the other resorts. Only suggestion would be for them to add couple of fire pits and maybe a hot tub. "

"Spent 5+ days on this Hotel and I have nothing but good experience with Hotel Staffs and services. Wifi was strong & fast. The valet parking was magnificent although you have to pay $61 per 24hrs. If you come to think of it, its less of a hassle when you rent a car in the airport, you do not have to worry where you park or think of your rental being towed.
