The hotel has a great staff, updated rooms, wonderful location with walkable shoppes and restaurants, and the transit system can get you anywhere quickly. "- right next to a tram spot - super clean rooms and nice bathroom - all staff we dealt with were wonderful - free mini bar! (One beer, two cokes, two waters) Only downfall was the room was SO hot! It was 0 degrees mostly when we were there but had to sleep with the door open as it was too hot / stuffy. Otherwise, I really recommend and thank all of the staff! :)"

"This is a very attractive, modern hotel in a lovely older building. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. We appreciated the design and eco-friendly touches. The only downside was the room was very warm and the thermostat seemed unable to go below a set temperature. We had to open the windows to cool off. Otherwise, a really nice stay."

"I should have read up more on this “hotel”. We didn’t see any employees at all and since we arrived early, we had to pay extra for check-in since there was no one to store our luggage. The room was no bigger than the bed, no a/c, little loud with window open, rv sized shower. Pricey for what you got. Extra $ for maid service. Location was fine. "

"Great location for business or pleasure. Walking distance to downtown, cafes and shopping. Also walking distance to pharma companies, if you are in this business. Rooms are basic, but clean and you have a small kitchenette. I stayed in this hotel twice now, I highly recommend."

"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."
