"We are coming to this hotel every year for our vacation. Great place, rooms are nice , spacious and clean. Breakfast amazing, delicious large area to accommodate everyone. "Extremely convenient for the Airport if one has an early flight. From my alarm to through security via bag drop was ~15minutes. Restaurant is excellent with good selection of beers and wine; the bar was not open late (I think last orders were22:30) but this is not a terrible idea anyway :-) A bit expensive compared to other options in Cluj, so might not be as good if you're looking for a bargain."

"Stylish hotel well located , rooms are spacious and well equipped .Amazing breakfast included . I feel you get what you pay for . The key ingredient to this hotel is the staff , well trained , polite , happy to there working , from the cleaning to front desk everyone seems to be happy and want willing to go out of there way to make your stay memorable . "The property is good value for money and is within walking distance of the city centre. Note that the sauna and Jacuzzi need to be booked and paid for separately. The cost for these facilities is per person, not per hour booked. The breakfast is on the 11th floor of the building, with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast options are good. The reception staff work hard."

"A good option if you prefer the big hotel experience. Some of the facilities didn't always seem open, such as the restaurant, and there wasn't a proper bar as you would normally find in a hotel of this size, but overall a convenient option, clean, with good service and well placed for all the main attractions."

"I loved it here, had a lifestyle suite which was brilliant. Everything was really really great, the staff so kind and attentive and the food wasbrilliiant too. The spa is excellent and had a brilliant spa evening. I can highly reommend. Its a bit of a trek from the old town but nothing a very well priced taxi cant fix."

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...

"I suspect this is a totally refurbished Communist-era hotel but it has been refurbished magnificently. It is just over the river from the Central Park and just below the wooded Belvedere, creating a quiet, almost non-urban setting. It is an easy 10 minute walk to all the sights in Cluj and there is a bus stop with a goodconnection to the train station just beside the main entrance. Breakfast was sumptuous and generous too."
