The one area of improvement would be around the spa, the treatments we had were excellent but the spa rooms are in the hotel and nowhere close to the pool/sauna etc. As such you go in your clothes, then put them on after, so our clothes go the residue oil/creams on them. "Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "
