"It was terrible from the beginning until the end. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not working (no hot water, only cold, the dryer empty under the sink right under the floor), no key for the room (not working), lots of noise from the neighbours, the welcome was cold as ice, far from the center, well, we were happy to leave this place. It’s pretty a shame because the hotel could have been really good if the place was a bit maintained."

"The resort has much potential. Sadly it is poorly managed and with the exception of the pool very dirty. There is dust on all surfaces in the room , the windows look as if they haven’t been cleaned for weeks, the staff appear unmotivated and lazy. The food was good in the restaurant, but not so the service, breakfast was okay. There is not much competition nearby as Tad Fane resort is regularly booked out. "

"We got room 511 which is very large and faces the back of hotel. Could partly see the beautiful sunset from our windows. The windows can be opened and we can walk to the balcony and walk to other rooms' balcony as well. It's like a few rooms nearby share the same large and long balcony. This design is good as we can walk to other places to view sunset or exercise outdoor but is also risky as other guests can enter our room if we don't lock the windows.
