"My stay in the Hyatt Centric was great. Hotel is situated at a very convenient place surrounded by greenery all around. Our check in was so smooth. We were briefed about all the facilities in the hotel at the reception. Room was nice, neat and clean and view of the rose garden was very good. "The stay in their luxury room was very comfortable. We had ordered a thin crust pizza which was delicious and nicely prepared. The buffet breakfast was having enough varieties and all with good taste. Overall a nice place to stay but amenities can be improved to spend leisure time. The seat in wash room can be a bit higher as it is bothersome if you have knee problem. The location is peaceful and is accessible via a single road from Dharampur ( about 8 kms). "
