"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "

"Great location close to the best things to do in Austria for the outdoors within 1 hr drive. Lots of parking on site, very warm and welcoming owners who run the hotel. Delicious restaurant on site with authentic dishes that taste fresh. Clean rooms. Not touristy, and very accommodating host. I would stay there again for sure. "

The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets "

Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. "It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items. Supper menu was a bit limited due to low season, but we always found tasty options. Too bad our weather was too...
