"Very disappointed that the pool was located in an area that had no sun at all at no time during the day. Us northerners like to try to get what sun we can. There were no other places to sit in the sun...suggest maybe adding another picnic table in the rear of the building on the left side so that someone can sit in the sun if they have a few minutes. "This is my first time at this motel, I was running from Hurricane Milton. Pros: friendly staff, quiet place, big fridge, even with a freezer, where you can put a lot of food and water. Absolutely no insects, which I encountered in more expensive hotels, you can sleep without fear. Cons: the room is old, you can see scuffs on the windows and walls. But, the next time I run from a hurricane, I will come back with a supply of food, because now I know that there is a big fridge."
