"Hotel located very close to Tirana main square, a bit off the main streets, you can find it better due to its height. The room was very spacious and comfortable beds, bathroom also spacious and clean. The only downside of this hotel was the breakfast serviced was not included (paid apart as it seems managed separately), they only have buffet for large groups, otherwise it's a la carte and we found it a bit expensive considering the offerings and hotel category. Otherwise we recommend this hotel...

"Really lovely stay and amazing super friendly staff, no tray charge on room service is a nice touch and makes up for lack of tea and coffee facilities in room. Rooms are very large and we had a lovely balcony with a great view of the bay. WiFi is not the best in room if you are on a working holiday but fine in the restaurant/lobby "

"Overall the property is excellent, as are the staff. I did however feel that there was a 2-tier system, with my room, # 128 being in an 'old' wing. The room itself did not seem to belong with the rest of the hotel and did not convey a sense of 'luxury' in size or other attributes. It was directly above a party/ball room with thunderous noise at night. The window did not close securely and was next to a road, with horns from traffic. The small hot water heater allowed for about 4 minutes of hot...
