Beautiful and well-maintained vacation home to feel good! Here you can enjoy nature to the fullest and practice various outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking and motorcycling. The lovely terrace offers a beautiful view of the twinkling lights of Alicante in the evening and on clear days you can even see the sea. On the main level you will find the living-dining area with 1 bedroom, large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. On the lower level you will find 2 more bedrooms and bathrooms which have their own entrance. These are not connected to the main level. Perfectly suited for couples who want to spend their vacations together but want privacy. Only a short drive to the beach of San Juan, to Alicante as the town of Jijona - which is famous for its "Turrón", a sweet, caramelized nut-honey confection.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.

Baulärm und Gestank
Die Lage ist sehr schön. Soweit war es ok.Leider war die Ausstattung vom Haus nicht so prickelnd. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist alt und verkalkt bzw.rostig.Die Gläser sind unansehnlich und lassen sich nicht mehr reinigen. Die Abläufe von Dusche ,Wanne und Waschbecken stinken da keine Geruchsverschlüsse vorhanden sind. Ebenso stinken die Auflagen von den Sonnenliegen ,weil sie noch nie gereinigt worden sind in den letzten Jahren. Baulärm war die ganze Woche über vorhanden ,weil überall neue Häuser gebaut werden in diesem Gebiet. Der Fernseher war ein Witz ,da er so klein war wie ein PC Monitor. Immerhin war deutsches Fernsehen zu empfangen. Internet ist nicht verfügbar ,ein Unding ,da auch im Urlaub das Leben in Deutschland weitergeht .Man sollte wenigstens auf seine Mails zugreifen können.Gerade wenn der Handyempfang auch schlecht ist bzw. nicht vorhanden ist bei schlechtem Wetter. Rückenschmerzen waren auch vorhanden,da die Matratzen durchgelegen sind. Das Wasser ist nicht trinkbar und so kalkhaltig das unser Shampoo nicht schäumt. Gott sei Dank waren wir in der Nebensaison da und haben nicht den Preis bezahlt der in der Hauptsaison fällig ist.
