Too noisy and windows are not sound proof , it’s middle of clubs and noise outside made me feel that I am in railway station Bathrooms leak from shower area and there is no exhaust fan Though windows are close noise comes through and could not sleep all three nights

Very helpful staff, modern apartment. Very clean, quick walk to the beach and many great restaurants. About 18 min walk from train station. Night club in the terrace outside went until 3am which was loud but only Thursday- Saturday.

Lovely duplex in Old Town
Lovely duplex apartment. Very good old town location. Efficient and friendly staff. Ten minutes walk to the beach and shopping streets. Everything close by. Quiet location.

So good I did it twice
Excellent location. As always the staff at bealicante are very kind and accommodating. They walk you to the apartment and show you around. This was the nicest one I've stayed at. Could easily accommodate a family of four. A little less equipped than most of their other apartments. No corkscrew, tea towels or cleaning materials apart from washing up liquid. However apartments are cleaned every three days. Extended my stay by three days. Good outside space on the balcony. Close to lots of eating places and good supermarkets. Also very near to the beach. What more could you ask for.

A perfect combination between the busy nightlife during the weekend and the serenity of the city during the weekdays... Extremely professional staff and everything you could need for an extended stay. My favourite duplex in Alicante so far.

Novo e central!
Apartamento bem localizado. Amplo para uma estadia não muito longa. Cama e travesseiro confortável, internet boa e bem iluminado. Nas proximidades há vários bares com música alta nas sextas e sábados, como as janelas não tem vedação dupla, se ouve bastante dentro do apartamento. A limpeza poderia ser feita a cada 4 dias, mas não entraram para fazer nada, só deixaram os sacos de lixo para serem trocados e levaram os lixos. Recepção bem atenciosa, pedimos mais uma poltrona e no dia seguinte entregaram na porta!

El apartamento está bastante bien. Es amplio, cocina bien equipada y baño amplio. La ubicación está bien, pero la única y gran pega es que se encuentra en una plaza con marcha casi toda la noche y hombre para unirte a la fiesta genial pero `para descansar no es el mejor lugar.

Dejlig central, let larm i weekendenderne.
Dejlig ren lejlighed. Ind/udtjekning gik nemt! Lejligheden lå indtil en plads med forskellige barer, den ene af vores overnatninger var en lørdag, og der var derfor meget larm denne nat. Man tjekker ind 5 min fra lejligheden, henvisningen hen til lejligheden var lidt mangelfuld, men med lidt hjælp fra nogle lokale fandt vi det. Lejligheden var meget ren, stor og rigtig dejlig lokation. Jeg vil bestemt anbefale at bo her.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, aber leider unglaublich laut. Sowohl innerhalb des Hauses als auch von außerhalb war es die ganze Nacht lang sehr laut. Das Apartment selber war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Badezimmer extrem klein. Begrüßung war freundlich und der Check-In unkompliziert.

Lägenheten var i fint skick, men fick ingen städning, byte av handdukar, lakan, eller tömning av sopor på hela vistelsen.Ingen påfyllning av toapapper.vi var där Fyra nätter. Första dygnet hade vi inget varmvatten. Hade bara ett tunt lakan som täcke i sängen. Väldigt lyhört, o mycket störiga ljud långt in på natten nere ifrån gatan. Läget var annars jättebra. Nära till allt!!

Cogimos el dúplex pensando que la habitación sería independiente a la zona de estar, pero resultó que la cama estaba en la cocina. Así que dormimos con el ruido de la nevera toda la noche. Por lo demás, el apartamento está bastante bien, aunque no tanto como parece en las fotos. En condiciones normales debe ser bastante ruidoso por la zona en la que está, pero con el toque de queda no tuvimos problema en ese aspecto. La recepción está en otro edifico, nos costó un poco encontrarla.
