Apartment in the city centre and is in a building that sits on the archaeological remains of the wall on the Ladera de El Portón from the 16th century, of the Castle of Santa Barbara and where there is also access to an air raid shelter from the Civil War, a protected area and rehabilitated by urban planning.

The amenities offered by the house are excellent, to make your stay comfortable, perfect for 2 people and with capacity for 5. With a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, in the living/dining room, in addition to its open kitchen and dining room, there is a double sofa bed and a beautiful, bright balcony. Fully equipped, (elevator, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, kitchen, linen, bathroom, wifi)

Its excellent location in the old town, (EL BARRIO) and close to Postiguet Beach make it a good option for your holidays, leisure and attractive activities for the traveler, both for a getaway with friends or family. 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port, surrounded by tourist attractions, Cathedrals, Town Hall, Churches, Basilicas, Castle, Museums, Theaters, Parks, shops, supermarkets, stores (Central Market), bars, tapas and pubs.

You don't need a car, it's easy to get there by bus, which arrive directly from the airport (LINE 6C), or taxi, or by tram.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND APARTMENT RULES

In my apartment you will find a folder with information about everything you can see and do in the surroundings and public services, we will also keep you informed by WhatsApp.
* We are committed to delivering an apartment in optimal conditions, complying with health regulations, for your enjoyment and peace of mind during your vacation.
* We also change the preparation time between reservations, for better cleaning. In case you want to enter or leave earlier or later, you must communicate it in advance.
*The keys are delivered to the apartment.
*We will also ask you to fill out the traveler's registration before your check in according to Spanish tourist legislation of the Valencian Community, all guests who stay (adults and children) must complete it. We will send you a link or QR to fill out, it is automatic and very easy.
*Arrivals after 11:00 p.m. will pay an extra € 30.
*Smoking is prohibited (on the balcony if it is allowed).
*Parties are prohibited inside the apartment, due to community rules.
*The apartment is prepared only for the number of guests confirmed in the reservation, otherwise the difference will be paid for each extra guest, you can notify us before your arrival.
* The apartment has internet, the access code is given on the day of arrival. Because it changes from time to time. (changing the password is prohibited).
* The water heater is electric, so, as usual, if all the hot water is used up, you will have to wait for the hot water to be restored again.
* The a/c is hot and cold, it heats up the room quickly, but as long as the windows are closed, we remind you to turn it off before your check-out
* The apartment is handed over in good condition, so we remind you to pick up the dishes from the sink and the trash before your check-out, otherwise there will be an extra charge of €25.
*IMPORTANT FOR SHORT STAYS ALL EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED: Electricity, water, WIFI, sheets and towels. We remind you to consume in moderation, respecting the environment.
* ONLY FOR STAYS OF 14 NIGHTS OR MORE: electricity costs are not included, for which we will ask you for a deposit of € 100 in cash at the time of check in, to cover consumption costs, once the electricity bill is received, the difference will be returned to you.
* In the apartment you will find all the intrusions on how to use the appliances, such as, washing machine, a / c, etc.

A really great time
My wife and i stayed 21 days in the apartment in Alicante and we really enjoyed our time. The location is brilliant! Our host was great providing us with a map of the area and there was a little book on Alicante in the apartment giving a background and guide to places of interest, museums and art wit suggested routes, we went to them all. The host also sent suggestions on beaches to visit and places to eat. The buses are within 10 mins or under and get you everywhere for under 5 euros, there is a tram station 3 mins up the road where we took a day trip to Benidorm, near to that is a very reasonably price supermarket and next to the apartment is a Pizza place open at the weekends, very nice and very reasonable. The apartment was clean and well stocked with alll the amenities you need, the door of the washing machine does need attention though. We loved eating on the balcony and enjoying the buzz and hub bub taking place in the square with all its variety of food and drink bars. Thank for a really great time.

Great Apartment
We enjoyed our stay very much. Maritza was extremely easy to contact and check-in was very easy. She was very helpful with any questions we had regarding the apartment and provided info about things to do and see in the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of storage in the bedroom to unpack. The bathroom was larger than we expected for an apartment and the shower was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, within a few minutes of the historic area and market, but also very close to shopping. We would recommend it to any of our friends.

Läget var bra och trevlig balkong för frukost. Väldigt nära till gamla staden, metro,bageri och matbutik och flygbussen. Köket var undermåligt, porslin och glas kunde varit bättre.

Dagje alicante
Gelegen in het oude centrum middenin de stad en toch dichtbij de zee. Op de 4e verdieping met een mooi overzicht over de buurt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We hebben heerlijk op het kleine terras kunnen zitten genieten van het heerlijke weer.
