Recently built, this accommodation offers you the tranquility of the countryside and an excellent location to be in just 15 minutes in the center of Alhaurín el Grande or if you prefer, in less than 25 minutes, be in the center of the capital of Malaga and enjoy all its leisure and cultural offer.

Upon entry you will see that you will have very well-kept accommodation with excellent qualities, with covered parking for two vehicles, you will be able to leave your car within the premises without any problem and very well sheltered.

The exteriors are excellent with a very private pool since it is sheltered by the same accommodation, you can enjoy the sun and a good swim in the excellent saltwater pool. Wifi is available in the accommodation.

The entrance to the accommodation is dominated by a large terrace which in turn is the barbecue area. Equipped with a built-in barbecue, countertop and tap so you can prepare whatever you want outside the accommodation.

If you need to use the bathroom, outside in the pool area you can enjoy a complete bathroom with a shower so you don't need to enter the accommodation wet. This bathroom also houses the washing machine so you can do the laundry if you need it.

The entrance to the accommodation is dominated by the living-dining room together with the American kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can prepare any type of lunch, whether in the oven or on a ceramic hob.

The living room with a family table and a comfortable sofa will be a relaxing retreat to watch television, take a nap or read a good book.

The rooms are spacious and bright and all are equipped with top-quality wardrobes so you can store your luggage without any problem.

Inside the accommodation there is a complete bathroom with a shower.

Remember that gardens and pool have weekly maintenance that will be agreed with you.
