With a total area of 9,000,000 m2 and an 18-hole golf course specially designed by world-class golfer Jack Nicklaus, it offers all sports enthusiasts a wide range of leisure activities, such as tennis, paddle, squash, soccer fields and much more. Surrounding the golf course with beautiful gardens, numerous playgrounds and little traffic within the secured complex, this is an ideal environment for families with children. The Al Kasar shopping center, a building with stunning architecture, is home to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and golf stores.

Peu mieux faire
L environnement est top comme à chaque fois au Condado, par contre certaines choses ne vont pas : le matelas adulte est hors d usage, les couverts sont insuffisants ou inadaptés pour 5 personnes, pas d ombre de parasol ou de toile sur une si grande terrasse. Pas de Transat ou de canapé exterieur. Avoir payé 75e de frais de ménage à l arrivée m est resté en travers, alors que d autres propriétaires inclus 30 e de ménage dans des appartements similaires et plus chaleureux. L appartement est fonctionnel mais pour nous 5 et pour 15 jours, je n y retournerai pas dans ces conditions,
