Situated in the stunning gardens of the Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, this modern two bedroom south-facing top-floor apartment is spread over two floors and features a large private roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views. The apartment features contemporary furnishings, and is well appointed for comfort and relaxation, including air conditioning, a fully featured kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A large 32 inch television with hundreds of UK and European channels with USB media playback, free WiFi internet access, Bose music docking station, DVD player, and Sony Playstation 2 games console are all provided. The master bedroom is appointed with a large king size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, all with crisp white linen. The roof terrace features a dining table and seating for 4 and 2 sun loungers.

Basic accomodation and location is isolated f
Has everything we needed for our stay with exception of wine and beer glasses. No duvet covers used. Sheets were used below and above duvets. There is no information pack that would have been useful. regarding the details of the apartment and the surrounding areas. Management company should of changed quilt before our stay as had hole in duvet. Owner did request a replacement but company did not action. The company also carried out an inspection without contacting us informing us and locked us out. Quiet area at time of year. Not all restaurants open. Great for golf and club house provided a great service for drinks and delicious meals including breakfast. We will not be returning

2 WEEKS IN APARTMENT
We booked for 4 weeks but ended up staying just over 2 weeks. My wife was homesick, and the apartment was just a holiday let so not homely. The booking in process was OK although trying to find the place was difficult without a map. Could do with a map with the property highlighted. We found it after 20mins driving around and asking people. The rooms were clean and sizes OK. The main bed was very low so not easy to get out of when your wanted to but OK. Kitchen had all you need to cook a meal missing a couple of things (no wine glasses,) but nothing major. Bathroom shower you had to be carful as the fist day we had water running out of the bathroom, but we were given more towels plus bathmat as very slippy plus we didn’t stand direct in the shower as it would leak from the spray. 2-3 light bulbs were out plus I had to fill the dishwasher with salt etc plus washing machine needed a little maintenance which I did The chairs for the dinning table were very wobbly the settee was very marked and a little grubby. There was nothing to put clothes in draws in the bedroom so had to use a chair and the spare room for cloths. No coffee table so again used chairs when in the sofa area I would say a few things need to be replaced and the walls around the property could do with a clean compared to some of the other apartments. There are no views, but the property was OK for 2 people and children. You wouldn’t want 4 adults in it. A little tight for us.

Excellent séjour au calme dans Condado
Nous avons passé un mois agréable dans l’ appartement de Tam. Bien équipé, propre, lumineux avec un solarium privé sur le toit qui permet de profiter au mieux du superbe soleil. L’ appartement correspond à la description faite sur Abritel. Organisation parfaite pour la remise des clés. Tam le propriétaire est très réactifs aux questions posées. Condado est idéal pour un couple comme le nôtre qui aime la tranquillité et passer un séjour au calme sans toutefois se sentir isolé. Une voiture est indispensable. Condado est situé entre mer et montagne ce qui offre beaucoup de loisirs différents. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter pour d’ autres vacances.

Sejour sympathique dans ce logement simple et fonctionnel. Terrasse agreable le soir. Residence agreable avec la piscine et les jeux pour enfants à 2mn à pied. Calme. Nous avons beaucoup visiter donc la place de parking n etait pas toujours à côté lorsque nous revenions... Seul endroit le plus proche pour faire ses courses, pour manger et boire un verre a el kazaar.. Tres bon sejour en famille 👪

Perfecto para ir de vacaciones
Muy buen lugar, tranquilidad y todo muy bien cuidado. La vivienda está también bastante bien, había cosas que no funcionaban y otras bastante sucias ( el horno, utensilios de cocina) pero ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Volveremos.

Al llegar encontramos platos sucios en el lavavajillas, habia mantas con sangre, las ollas y las sartenes estaban bastante sucias y usadas , la casa esta bien , es pequeña , la urbanización tiene restaurantes y un supermercado, la urbanización bastante bonita , habia una mini barbacoa, hay aire acondicionado, fue facil llegar , la gente es muy amable .

The resort has plenty of bars and restaurants in the Al Kasar centre. The grounds and pool areas are all well maintained by a crew of groundsmen. If you are wanting to travel to the nearby beaches then a car is a must to get the most from your holiday

Excellent property, lovely resort, do book!
The apartment was immaculate, clean and well-presented and had almost everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Comfy beds. Possibly a bit cramped for 4 adults as the sofa only seats 3! A supply of blankets/extra duvets needed for winter lets, however. The resort is immaculately kept with lots of restaurants and a well-stocked Spar supermarket in the Alkazar centre. However there were no site plans anywhere. We only discovered that ,in addition to the restaurants in the Alkazar Centre, there is a good restaurant at the Condado Club. (Drive past Alkazar, bear right, turn left at the bottom roundabout, keep going. Watch for tennis courts on left; Club is next on left. Keep down to bottom roundabout and go right round to get to the Club). They have quiz night on Sunday, sometimes Kareoke nights and other entertainment there so worth finding. If you are a golfer, the apartment is only a 3-minute walk to the club house. Absolutely recommended.

Couldn't ask for more
We had been to condado de alhama before, just not to this apartment. The first impression we had when we walked through the door was; clean, spacious, air con (it was 29 when we arroved). We were met at security by a nice girl, who showed us to the apartment promptly, showed us how everything worked and assured us that if we need anything, she's only a phone call away. The apartment had a nice tv, comfortable couch, a table and chairs, 1 king size bed, and two singles. Everything was clean, tidy and ready to use. The apartment has a nice roof terrace for sunbathing, with another table and chairs with the comfiest sun loungers if ever had! It had a BBQ, although small, It's there should you need it, which we didn't. The apartment is roughly 15 minute drive to Mazzarron centre, which boasts a lovely port, and several fantastic beaches. Aguilas is around 30 minutes away which, again, has a fantastic beach, a lovely front with lots of cafés and restaurants, it's a superb place for a stroll. Overall, it's 10/10 for me, and we'll certainly be back. Thanks!

Stylish and comfortable
Wow, this apartment was so much better than we expected. One thing we really valued was the wi-fi, and it was faster than our connection at home. The whole complex is beautifully maintained with a fantastic restaurant area with plenty of choice at reasonable prices. We had a great time here.
