2 Bedroom Front Line Apartment Overlooking Golf Course 12th Fairway

Second floor Front line golf apartment on the Condado de Alhama golf resort. Please note this is a genuine front line Penthouse apartment and not the much smaller 1st floor Jardine as described by many other renters as Penthouses.

The resort has over 15 large communal swimming pools, with separate shallow areas for small children, and playground equipment. These are but a few steps from the front door. The on site supermarket, bars and restaurants, tennis courts and football pitch are 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The first Jack Nicklaus golf course on the site is now open and is a 4 minute walk away.

Situated Block 14, This beautifully furnished & air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bright open plan dining / living area contains a dining table, leather suite, and LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with Halogen hobs, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The large Balcony sun terrace is equipped with a 4 seated Coffee Table, and Sun Loungers.

Unlike many other apartments on Condado we do not have hidden charges or usage cards for the use of the air conditioning.

The Apartment is conveniently located only a couple of minutes walk away form Condado's entertainment center the Al Kasar with all the restaurants, bars and services.Within 20 minutes drive are a variety of landscapes including beautiful beaches, marinas, hill walking and upmarket shopping malls, a little further and there are water parks, Castles and a theme park.

Condado stay
Nice apartment, good position on the site close to the centre, lovely views over the golf course. Easy check in and out process. Only slight negative was having to supply our own bin liners, washing up things and toilet roll, places we have stayed before have a small supply of this, but it wouldn't put us off staying again we would just know to bring these things or be prepared to buy them.

MUY DESCONTENTOS.
Hola! He esperado unos días antes de publicar mi valoración, porque si lo hubiese hecho en el momento sería muchísimo peor. 1- Por problemas con la app, no conseguimos ver la dirección completa del apartamento, como teníamos una persona supuestamente de contacto (Carol) para estas cosas, le mandé un mensaje antes de llegar para que nos lo pasase... No nos facilitó nada la comunicación y en todo momento parecía que le molestaba tener que darnos explicaciones. Finalmente le dije que ya preguntaríamos al llegar por la zona. Al llegar, vimos que unos de los a/a tenia un cartel diciendo que no pusiéramos los aires por debajo de 20grados para evitar condensaciones. Efectivamente, hicimos caso, y se pusieron en 24 grados. Al rato de estar encendido el del salón, nos dimos cuenta que aparte de que el olor era raro, no enfriaba. Con lo cual lo apagamos y encendimos los de las habitaciones para refrescar la casa. Eso eran las 20:30 aprox. Avisamos a Carol de nuevo de lo que ocurría y nos dijo que lo pusiéramos a 20 grados, ni más ni menos. De manera que solo encendimos uno porque a esa temperatura hacia frio en la casa. Nos marchamos a cenar y apagamos el aire. Por la noche para dormir dejamos encendido 1 y a las pocas horas nos dimos cuenta de que estaba todo el suelo encharcado. Esperamos a la mañana siguiente para avisar de nuevo a Carol y al dueño . Este último nos dice que Carol se encargará de solucionarlo. Carol, nos dice que no pueden hacer nada, porque los técnicos no pueden venir hasta dentro de 2 semanas, nosotros solo íbamos a estar 3 días. Con lo cual, hemos tenido que estar los 3 días pasando calor. Respecto a la limpieza, pobre, las sabanas tenían pelos... las toallas olían a tabaco, y la cocina esta limpia solo por encima. Nosotros ni siquiera la usamos, comimos y cenamos fuera todos los días. En una de las conversaciones que tengo con el dueño por mail ,dice que , he mandado 94 mensajes en un día a Carol y que eso roza el acoso (palabras textuales). La escribí en tres ocasiones, una para pedirle la dirección, otra para comunicar que un aire no funcionaba y otra para avisar que el otro aire goteaba. Tengo la conversación con esta señora guardada.. por lo que pueda pasar. Los correos del dueño también.

Faltan cosas de limpieza en la casa
El piso tiene muchas posibilidades porque es luminoso y agradable pero creemos que necesita una actualización de sus enseres. Si bien es cierto que había electrodomésticos que funcionaban adecuadamente e incluso un lavavajillas, se nota que hace tiempo que no se ha repasado la equipación básica, que dejaba que desear: la fregona y la escoba estaba tan sucias y viejas que no se podían utilizar, el escurridizo del cubo roto, no había ni un solo producto de limpieza disponible, ni bolsas de basura, y nada de papel higiénico o de cocina. Tenía relativa fácil solución pero fue extraño, sobre todo en tiempos de covid. Lo que nos disgustó más fue encontrarnos suciedad oculta (literalmente alguien había puesto platos sucios en los armarios en vez de en el lavavajillas, calentador de agua con agua putrefacta, tetera sucia, barbacoa llena de óxido...). Recomendamos tomar fotos y reclamar enseguida si os sucede porque son cosas solucionables (la administradora es amable y parece accesible). Nosotros no caímos en la cuenta, nos limitamos a limpiar y comprar lo que faltaba. A pesar de ello, disfrutamos la estancia.
