"Simple accommodations in a great location. We loved being so close to the Valencia Silk Exchange and the cathedral. Valencia is a wonderful city and we look forward to visiting again. The apartment was comfortable, and we were glad to be able to wash our clothes! The staff was very helpful and brought over a laundry detergent pod so we didn't have to go out and buy a whole lot more than we needed. "

March is off season so it was quiet and not crowded not sure how crowded it would be in the summer season. Restaurants are within walking distance. "We liked that the apartment is undergoing major renovations and they are doing a fairly good job about it, but the furnishings need updating as well. The kitchen is well appointed, although we did not use it. The location makes it suitable to visit anywhere on foot; restaurants, the beautiful botanic garden, and even the train station is reachable by walking, unless one is laden with excessive luggage. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. "

"This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away....
