"Really enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation."

"Juan was a great host for my group of friends and I while we stayed at this great VRBO. The apartment is true to the photos and it's a nice space for a group of 10 people with 2.5 bathrooms. The location is nice because you can walk to old town and you have easy access to the river park in Valencia. 3 of us rented bikes downstairs at the apartment and biked all the way down the park to the port and finally to the beach while the rest of the group took taxis to get there. Highly recommend...

"This property was amazing. Beautiful beach views from the outside veranda. If you want to stay on the beach all day everything including delicious restaurants are in close walking distance. And a trip into the city of Valencia is so easy by catching the bus. "

La Sra Ana excelente anfitriona, me fue a buscar al aeropuerto y hasta me dio una tarjeta de transporte urbano con varios viajes. La cercanía con los lugares de interés turísticos es lo más resaltante. En el apartamento contamos con todo lo necesario para llegar sin preocuparnos de hacer compras. "Highly recommend this property & the host Ana. We stayed for 4nights as 3 adults ladies for a long weekend in Valencia. The apartment was perfect for our needs with comfortably enough space for 3. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could need. Location is great, 5/10min walk to the heart of the old town and very close to other transport links. Ana the host is excellent. She kindly collected us from the airport free of charge and gave us many recommendations of activities & food...
