Charming Seafront Apartment with garden and patio

Relax and enjoy the breeze of the sea in this cosy and stylish lovely space in the centre of Fertilia, 5 km away from Alghero. Ideal if you prefer to stay in a more relaxed and peaceful area.
This stylish apartment belongs to the marvellous Villa Bali with which it is connected by an indoor staircase, but with its own independent entrance. It is located in the lovely town of Fertilia, 5 km away from Alghero . It can be rented together with the villa or separately.

The flat consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with its marble shower, and a living area with a open plan kitchen and a sofa double-bed. The floors and tiles are in the typical Sardinian Orosei marble.

The property has its own outside patio with dining alfresco and outdoor shower and a backyard and the laundry room with wash and dryer.

Outdoor free parking on rear by the gate.

The Bali properties are located in a residential and very quiet area, close to Alghero and in the proximity of the most picturesque beaches of the area. A mini-market, pharmacy, bars and restaurants, hairdresser etc and cycling lane all within walking distance. Fertilia has its own marinas and Alghero harbour is a few km away.

Alghero Fertilia Airport is less than 5 km away.
