Alghero family-friendly villa 1km from the beach, WiFi, garden, playground

Vila Valalla is located only 1.5 km from the wonderful Speranza beach, which can be reached in just 3 minutes by car.

In the villa there is a water purification system (Acqua Phi) which purifies the water.

In the villa groups are organized for the Stand Up Paddle (SUP) course at a cost of € 25 per person, to be booked at the time of booking and to be paid upon arrival.

SUP is a mix of kayaking and surfing, but also a sports practice that tones the body and helps you relax deeply. SUP is practiced with a slightly wider surfboard and a simple paddle. A new way to keep fit, in contact with nature, away from crowded gyms and sports centers. Ideal if practiced on the beach below the house!

The villa has a WiFi system that allows you to connect to the Internet also from the external veranda. The size of the house is approximately 120 m² and consists of three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin with a bunk bed, for a total of 8 beds, to which is added a cot for a newborn) two complete bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub (one of these two is in the bedroom), a large living room with fireplace and a kitchen. All windows have mosquito nets.

Outside there is a large veranda with tables and chairs and a covered and shaded gazebo, with barbecue and wood oven. The kitchen, very bright and fresh, has a window with a breathtaking view over the valley of the 'La Speranza' beach. In the house there is a washing machine and a TV, a wood stove and a fireplace.

Outside the house is surrounded by a hectare of garden where there are plants and fruit trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Also outside there is a playground equipped for children and an outdoor shower. Surely lunches, as well as breakfasts and dinners outdoors in the shade of the large pergola will be one of the memories that you will hold close to your heart when you return from your holidays. Children at our home are welcome and will play safe and protected from harm.

Villa Valalla is certainly the ideal home for holidays, without frills but with all the comforts, large, bright and with large outdoor spaces ideal for those who want to live in contact with nature. A well-deserved rest for the family. Given its phenomenal position, it is possible to reach the wonderful coves of crystal clear sea with a few minutes by car. Far from the hordes of tourists.

Beautiful beach close by

Really close to the beach only 3min in car. Aircondition in kitchen/Living area and fans in all bedrooms so the House was Nice to be in despite of a heatwawe. The Young couple who lived upstairs, and owned the place were really Nice and very good at english. We had a great time!

Excellente semaine.

Villa très agréable, spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Les hôtes sont adorables. Notre fils de 2 ans a bien profiter de l'espace extérieure. La plage la plus proche est à 5 min, le centre d'alghero à 15min en voiture. On recommande.

Heerlijk huis op 'n prima locatie, goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijk terras.

Door de hitte hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van de fijne buitenruimte omdat die niet verlicht was na zonsondergang. Slapen zonder airco met 4 personen op 'n kamer was erg lastig. Prijs is aan de hoge kant voor wat je krijgt. Prijs kwaliteit is niet goed. Ook nog extra betalen voor beddengoed en handdoeken en schoonmaak. Veilige omgeving met veel ruimte. Alghero is prachtig en de kust is mooi. Stranden voorbij Fertilia zijn echte aanrader.

Maison charmante, beaucoup d'espace en particulier les extérieurs très soignés et très agréables.

Maison, pergola avec terrasse et aire de jeux avec tables paradisiaques ! La pergola est très bien pensée pour les chaleurs d'été ! Les hotes sont absolument charmants, à la fois très discrets et très serviables. Séjour exceptionnel.

Accueil très sympatique

Famille avec 6 enfants, nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables chez Luigi qui est aux petits soins pour que nous soyons bien. La maison est partagée avec Guiseppe (fils de Luigi) et sa famille mais cohabitation très sympathique. Le jardin est rempli de citronniers et d'orangers magnifiques et prolifiques.. L'équipement de la cuisine est très sommaire mais ne pas hésiter à demander à Luigi pour compléter ce qui manque.

Il nostro gruppo era formato da 2 famiglie rispettivamente di 3 e 5 persone e abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa bellissima casa. La descrizione e le immagini corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà, abbiamo trovato l'immobile pulito e in ottimo stato. La zona giochi esterna è perfetta sia per i piccoli sia per ragazzi più grandicelli. I proprietari, residenti al piano superiore, si sono rivelati gentilissimi e discreti. Davvero consigliata!

Schönes Appartment

- großzügiges Appartment in wunderschönem Olivenhain in riesigem Grundstück, Meeresblick konnten wir allerdings nicht entdecken - sauber und gegenüber Bildern auch renoviert (Fernseher vorhanden, wer Italienisch kann) - Ausstattung wie angegeben, vielleicht etwas zu Camping-artig (Plastikgeschirr) - sehr nette Vermieter, der Empfang war sehr freundlich und mit englisch/Italienisch Mischung konnte man gut durchkommen - Beachten: Vermieter will Zahlung in bar und gibt die Homeaway Gebühren an den Mieter weiter - relativ teure Endreinigung von 80 EUR

Excellent séjour superbe maison!!!

Excellent séjour, cadre idéal...

Très bon séjour, nous étions 2 couples avec 4 enfants, tout est prévu, accueil chaleureux, les enfants se sont régalés, plage magnifique à proximité, Alghero ville à voir et très animée le soir... Le cadre est au calme et conviendra aussi bien aux couples seuls qu'aux enfants, bref nous vous conseillons cette location...Merci à Giuseppe, Luigi et Francesca...

Bellissima vacanza!

Vacanza indimenticabile grazie anche al soggiorno in questa casa con spazi ampi e confortevoli. Abbiamo approfittato largamente del forno a legna e del barbecue per le nostre serate in compagnia. Il frutteto sul retro della casa, gentilmente lasciato a nostra disposizione, rendeva dolce ogni rientro potendo raccogliere fichi, pere e agrumi maturi. Il merito del fascino di questa casa è da attribuire ai proprietari che, con la loro calda accoglienza e amicizia, ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo in famiglia. Veramente consigliata!

Family holidays

Excellent place for family holidays, especialy for families with kids. The owners was very nice and helpfull. Description of the Villa is accurate. The garden and playground was realy fine. Kids was picking fresh almonds, lemons and grapes. Property was clean and well-maintained. I recommend this villa for everybody who is looking for place for peacefull holidays full of sun. Nearest beach is very good. There is soft sand and shallow water. There also are two bars with tolerable prices.
