Having stayed here previously and had a great experience I was unhappy that due to cutbacks the pool and spa facilities had since closed. The dinner menu very basic and not what it used to be. The staff were still great and helpful and the hotel was still clean.

I've stayed in this venue a few times for work. Unfortunately this time there was hair in my shower and on the wall when I went to go and use it, but as it was late when I noticed I couldn't be bothered to move my room as I had unpacked and had an early start. If you do have an issue with your room let them know while you're on site regardless of the time, as they won't acknowledge anything if you bring it to their attention after.

Very nice hotel
Lovely hotel. Nice and clean. Rooms a decent size. View of a roof but didn't effect our stay. Room only had a shower which was disappointing as the website says twin rooms have a bath/shower combination. Dined in the restaurant which was very good.

The staff very welcome, helpful and friendly. We stayed here 18 months ago and we did think it would be Good but one thing that has been taken away is the swimming pool which we were thinking would be nice in the mornings but no, pitty.

Very good, except for food availability problems.
All very good , except for the significant lack of availability of dinner on both nights of our stay, due, we were told, to very large event on both nights. We were not told of this until our arrival although it must have been known well in advance. On the Sunday morning the drinks machines were breaking down and queue for cooked food was very long. The staff were over loaded and unable to resolve coffee machine problem. Chaotic.

Another excellent stay
We have stayed in this hotel a few times before and we will continue coming back. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel has been improved to a very high standard. Breakfast is excellent and it is so clean!
