"We came to shred the gnar at the Bousquet ski area down the block. This property is extremely convenient for such an endeavor. Check in was easy. There was exquisite artwork depicting the authentic Berkshire skiing experience in the room. The breakfast was radical. Eggs and sausages and muffins and pastries and excellent coffee. Only issue was that upon arrival we learned that the hot tub and pool were closed for renovations. This was quite unfortunate as we were excited to take some laps in the pool and rejuvenate our tired bodies in the hot tub after a day of shredding so much gnar. "

"For a small motel, it is very nice, I thought I was just paying for a cheap motel and got a quaint stay with a great mattress"

"Facilities maintained well, although the tub in my room needs to be replaced and freezer in mini-fridge didn’t adequately chill the ice block for my cooler. Everything clean and neat. Snow and ice removed from sidewalks and parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff in the evening (middle of a rainstorm) and the morning. Breakfast food included sausages and eggs that were tasty and warm."

"The Constance is so cute! We loved the aesthetic of the building and its proximity to town. We were able to walk to dinner, and Lenox is full of great food spots. The room itself was a great size, with beautiful green walls and old wooden furniture. The shower was to die for and I loved how they had Roku set up in the hotel room where you can sign into your own accounts and they would wipe your account from the tv when you left. Overall a great place, I would love to go back when it’s not the off season for the Berkshires."

"Great place, super friendly staff, pool is nice n big and warm- not an overly chlorine smell too lol - price is good especially for a kitchen/living room set up and a bedroom. Second time staying - we will be back 😀"

"What a great place to stay! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Convenient to the Amtrak station. Loved having the restaurant on site with good food and drink! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only issue would be the train whistle that goes off from time to time until midnight but earplugs helped with that. A total surprise! would stay again "
