"We had a wonderful stay in this home during our trip to the Ark Encounter! Upon arrival, we all commented on how spacious it was and how clean and updated it was. We had a total of 10 people in our group, including two young children, and we had plenty of room. "Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price."

"We enjoyed our time in Kentucky/Ohio. The house was clean, matched the pictures, and was very spacious. We enjoyed the large dinning room table for meals and games. The smaller table in the kitchen was also convenient. Sometimes when we stay places, even though they sleep lots of people, there isn’t enough seating at the table or on the couches and dishes run out quickly. "The location has a great view to open fields, seeing the sunrise was amazing. The house was very clean and cozy vibes and has everything you need for your stay/cooking. Overall it was an amazing stay would definitely recommend it has something for all ages. "
