Glamorous Villa on Fantastic Lake Carlos

Spacious home on Lake Carlos. Located 6 miles from downtown Alexandria and 3 miles from Carlos Creek Winery. Lake Carlos is a hard, sand bottom lake around 2600 acres. Since Lake Carlos is located on the chain of lakes you will have easy access to waterfront restaurants on Lakes Le Homme Dieu and Darling. You will enjoy fishing, swimming, boating and relaxing listening to the loons during the summer season. Public boat access is less than 1/2 mile from property.
Step inside the spacious open concept 3200 sq foot, 1 level home. This 13 foot ceiling home has floor to ceiling windows looking out to the lake, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 11) with ensuite bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, 2 living rooms and laundry room. Step out the patio door to enjoy the lakeside paver lanai and patio where a firepit, gas grill and outdoor seating awaits or head down to the waters edge patio.
This home offers over 1 acre of outdoor space. We supply all the fun you will need for outdoor activities- Kayak, canoe, paddle boat, life jackets, fishing poles, floaties, outdoor games, and dock will all be available for use. You will have plenty of space to take your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise.
This Home is handicap/wheel chair accessible.
You must be 25 years old to rent this property.
Lic # 2049 -Douglas County VRBO ordinance limits overnight capacity to 9 people ages 6 and up with children 5 and under not included in the total for all VRBO properties.

We had an amazing time! Spent the weekend enjoying the lake and gorgeous yard. Tons of room for everyone! The lake is beautiful and there was tons to do. Communication with the property manager was great. Super responsive and easy to get a hold of. Definitely booking again!!!!!

Stayed here for a girls weekend. Property was amazing! The kitchen was lacking so if you plan on making anything, bring your own knives and cutting board. We brought paper towels too which was a lifesaver since there was only one roll there for our three night stay. When we got to the property it was locked even tho the property manager said it would be unlocked. Had to wait 20 mins for them to come and unlock it. House was super clean and beds were comfy!

Gorgeous Rental for Holiday Getaway
Our family spent the Christmas holiday in this gorgeous home. There was a beautiful Christmas tree set-up so “santa” was able to deliver gifts. The open floor plan was perfect. The kitchen was great for preparing meals & holiday dinner. Each bedroom has a bathroom so it made getting kids bathed at night and ready for bed very convenient. We really enjoyed staying at this property and are looking at renting again this summer if available.

This property is amazing! The house is stunning with plenty of space, beautiful views, huge yard, great dock for fishing, fishing poles, yard games, canoe/kayaks, water toys and floaties for kids. The house is very clean, bright, open and a great space for our family get together. The property manager was very responsive and helpful! Our family loved staying here and can't recommend it enough. We plan to come back again next summer!

Breath taking
Location, property, view all top notch. Property manager was responsive and quick to assist. Fishing off the dock was superb. Yard was expansive enough to play yard games and bugs were at a minimum. If you like to bake or cook in the oven, bring extra cookware (casserole/baking dishes, crockpot or instapot) and a few sharp knives and you’ll be set.

This is a gorgeous home in a stunning location! We loved our time at the property and highly recommend it! Fishing off the dock was awesome and pontoon pick up off the dock was great. The thing that would make this location better is a few extra blankets, and a few extra baking dishes, crockpot, etc!
