"This is the second time we’ve stayed in Waterville Estates, but the first time in this house. There were six adults in our group (some stayed for different lengths of time) with two young children and a baby. The community and the house were great although I think the house was better suited for a family of two adults with children. The twin mattresses were comfortable for children but not great for adults. "

"Booked the camper for the weekend. When it turned out it was going to be cold and rainy vinnie generously offered to let me stay at another place on his property instead! This was the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature!"

"This is such a great home and it has the most spectacular views you can imagine! A massive stone fireplace is the main attraction of the family room, floor to ceiling windows looking out over the mountains are the star though. The 3 en-suite bedrooms were a big hit, plus an addition double bunk room. Plenty of space for 2 families and plenty of parking. We'll be back!"

" the house was great and the views were wonderfull but there were no info from redawning internet was good but we were not given a pass word to sign on with tv worked great no face towels or washcloths clean towels we piled up on one of the bunks right out of the dryer"

"This ski house has everything you'd need. It's in a wonderful location (Waterville Estates). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the same floor and kitchen living space is open, feels spacious. Convenient location to the ski areas. Owner has excellent communication and the check in / out process was a breeze."

Unique, architecturally designed home at the top of Campton Mountain

"The house was high up a winding mountain road and truly had spectacular views of the mountains. It had everything we needed for cooking for a large group. The owner provided excellent information before and during our trip. We were there during a snowstorm and the road was plowed quickly but definitely recommend a car with good traction as it was a little nerve-wracking driving on snowy roads. Few things to know:The house is quirky and still in the 1970s. Dated but clean. Has a great large...
