This beautifully furnished Lake Martin home is perfect for memorable family vacations, fun get-a-ways with friends, candle-lit romantic weekends or exciting fall football celebrations (only 30 min. from Auburn!). Our returning guests have loved the peaceful privacy, convenient location and extra touches that make this vacation home an unforgettably amazing experience. Come enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Marin from the large screened porch on the main level and spacious patio and cooking area on the lower level.

Six private bedrooms sleep fourteen in beds. Two levels make this home perfect for multiple families. Main level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with fantastic views. Lower level has 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom and large living area also with beautiful views. Master has king bed, bedroom 2 has bunk beds and twin bed with twin trundle (sleeps 4), bedroom 3 has king bed, and all other bedrooms have queen beds. Breathtaking views of lake from three of the private bedrooms, kitchen, upper and lower level dining rooms/living areas, large screened porch and large covered patio. 65” flat screen TV and DVD player in upper den, 55" TV with DVD player in lower den, 39” flat screen TV and DVD player in master bedroom. 32" TV in extra bedroom. 100 plus DVD movies (wide variety) for your enjoyment. Cable and wireless internet. Large stationary dock with large attached floating dock. River North Marina (they offer boat rentals) just around the bend and public boat ramp apprx. three miles. Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walmart Super Center 5-7 miles.

Annual family getaway
We love staying at this house. We’ve chosen to stay at this house for our annual family vacation since 2012. The location is convenient to a marina, stores and restaurants. The house is always clean and equipped with what we need. The screened in upper porch is the perfect place to have our morning coffee and watch the sun rise. To top it all off, the owner is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

This is a beautiful home located in a great part of the lake. Not too busy so you can enjoy the pier area, and just a short boat ride to anywhere you want to go. Will definitely rent again!!

Wonderful Property
Our family enjoyed staying in this wonderful, very clean home. We brought a canoe and enjoyed the best day paddling around in Lake Martin in front of this home. The home has 6 bedrooms and is ideal for a family. The location is extremely convenient to Auburn.

Relaxing long weekend get away
This home and its location was perfect for our family. The house was clean and well kept, stocked with games and plenty of room for everyone. Everyone had their own private area for winding down after the days activities as well. The setting on the lake was beautiful, and this was thebperfect time of year as it was very quiet and the weather was perfect. Gingers communication was outstanding as well. We hope to make it back and stay here again in the future.

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation! The grandkids absolutely loved fishing from the dock, where they caught a 6-1/2 pound catfish, and we brought boats so we did more fishing in the lake. We are already talking about coming back next year

This was a perfect property for our large family lake vacation. Ginger was easy to work with and very cooperative. The back porch and view of the lake was fabulous. It could use a little maintenance as it’s an older property. Loved our time there.

Perfect getaway for families
We’ve stayed at this home several times and have never been disappointed. The house is wonderful and great location! The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with whatever we need. It is close, just a few minutes, to stores, restaurants and a marina with boat rentals. The owner, Ginger is quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will definitely go back for our next family getaway!

Great property all around
The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. This is the third place we’ve stayed in at Lake Martin and this one has been the nicest and largest. We had plenty of room for our 3 families to spread out and have still have plenty of room. The downstairs was like a house on its own. We can’t wait to go back.

Auburn game wknd stay
This past wknd was my wife’s bday and the auburn/uga football game. We had 5 couples in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us. The view is incredible, all of the amenities are 5*, short drive to auburn. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this property.

Family reunion
We had our first get together at this house in September of 2020 and fell in love with it . House is beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for 12 people. Love the screened in porch and downstairs patio and fire pit. The large dock has room to park 3 boats . Great parking for vehicles and boat trailers also. The Boat launch ramp is a short 10/15 minute drive from the House and less than 5 minutes by boat.

Fabulous Family Vacation Spot
We rented this gorgeous home for a combination vacation and Auburn summer graduation spot and it was perfect. The owner was wonderful to work with, immediately fixing a light. The location of the bedrooms was perfect because the young adults could be downstairs and the older adults upstairs. The screened in porch was ideal for a rainy day bbq with friends over. The view is spectacular and the marina we rented our pontoon from was just around the cove. The lake was not at all crowded so the boat rides were always pleasant. I wish we had found this home when my daughter was just beginning at Auburn!

Beautiful place!! Great porch overlooking the lake in a quiet area. Easy access! Loved it!
Beautiful home with many upgrades. We liked having 2 living areas so the adults could hang in one and the kids in the other. We spent most of our time on the screened-in porch, which could have been a little cleaner but I know it's hard when it's an "outdoor" area. Loved the great variety of movies, games and books provided! Plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group! This house was easy to find...great access off 280. Be careful if you have more than 1 boat/trailer needing to park. The driveway isn't very wide and is steep. The extra gravel parking area has loose gravel and has a big drop off to the road. You just have to be careful! Ginger was very easy to get in touch with and helped us with any questions we had! We ate at Oskar's Cafe and the food was delicious! We also ordered pizza from Papa John's and it was delicious as well!! We had a great time and would love to go back again!!
