"We had a super 2 weeks in this villa. Giuseppe is a brilliant host. From day 1 communication was helpful and prompt. All information was passed on at the relevant point. He could not have been better. The villa is really well-equipped and comfortable. The pool was a real boon when the weather was hot and was well maintained and cleaned every few days. The villa was easy to find and was well placed to access a lot of local sites. Thank you, Giuseppe for a fantastic holiday."

"Fabulous property, perfect for our family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool is large and warm, and the view breathtaking. It is quite remote but fine with a car and the perfect base from which to explore the area - lovely beaches, scenery, and historical sites nearby. The property owners are extremely friendly and provided exceptional hospitality; bringing us delicious pastries, arancini and pizza. "We had a wonderful stay at Le Sorelle. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was located a couple of blocks from the historic center. We were also able to walk to the Valley of the Temples. Our host made great restaurant recommendations. We had a delightful meal in the old city at Sal8. We would stay here again."

"This apartment is a small, but an organized and well-considered alternative to a hotel. Everything you need to make a coffee, or cook, is in the kitchen, storage for clothes is ample, the shower is great, the bed is quite comfortable, the working port it overlooks is highly interesting, entertaining, a bit noisy through the day (as you'd expect), but beautifully quiet at night for sleep. "Beautiful property but many millipedes everywhere, water off several times, dogs barking every night, nosy owner who came by daily and we had to pay for electricity used for time there. We have rented many times from HomeAway but never was charged for electricity. We did get deposit refunded the day we left minus charge for electricity. Besides the above we did enjoy our stay there."

"Location outside busy Agrigento was nice and close to Valley of the Temples. Host was very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for eating and things to do. Apartment was very clean and comfortable."

"Very cheerful, clean , well-appointed space. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. If driving, heads up to putting "via Athnea" as part of the address, as the street is not one you can drive on, it is a long staircase street. The apt. is situated at the top of the stairs , so be prepared to do a lot of stairs."

"it was good except for noises from other guests as early as 5:50 AM! Some chose to talk over their phone outside their bedroom, outside our bedroom window loudly for an expended period of time."

"Leider eine große Enttäuschung, die Beschreibung im Text passt überhaupt nicht zu dem Objekt. Es ist zwar ein Haus aber wir hatten lediglich eine Wohnung oben, die nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist (davon stand nichts in der Beschreibung). Es gibt nur eine sehr schlecht ausgestattete Outdoor Küche und keine weitere drinnen wie beschrieben. Beim Inventar hat es an allem gemangelt, bei 8 Personen hatten wir z.B. nur 4 Tassen, viel zu wenig Besteck, Ofen der kaputt ist und vieles mehr. Die...

Beautiful, peaceful retreat with a fabulous host

"This was a magical place and definitely worth a visit. After visiting Palermo this was the peaceful retreat we were looking for. Our host was absolutely wonderful - he greeted us outside, brought our luggage up to the room and promptly offered us cappuccinos with fresh home-made cookies that he then brought up to our room and set it up on the balcony so we could enjoy the views. He provided tour guides/maps and recommended local restaurants and even called to make a last minute reservation for us for dinner. The house is gorgeous and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean with the best variety of toiletries we had on our whole tour of Sicily. Our balcony and view was incredible. Our breakfast each day was fabulous with fresh local cheeses, meats and a variety of homemade jams and freshly baked bread and warm torta. Our host was lovely and I wish we could have stayed there forever. "

"We chose this hotel for a quick one night stay to stab into Valley of the Temples park just 3 minutes away first thing in the morning, which we did. We found the room on the small side. The air conditioner seemed to run with odd intermittent noises. Our main issue was with the shower. First, the doors slid apart from the center on tracks as in a closet, but one door was so off-track, it was hanging on 1 of 4 rollers. I was able to get the top two back on track, but the bottom two needed tools. The second issue was the faucet handle was dead center on the long wall right where the showeree would stand--and it was a pullout handle, not a turn knob, not two or three knobs, a handle that juts into the action zone. Talking about thoughtless design, then add my gurthiness, it was an unpleasant dance in deed. I can't speak about all their rooms, but I would ask that they review this design flaw. Overall we slept well and we're able to accomplish our tourist objectives. I want to point out our wonderful experience eating dinner at Pizzeria Mythos Nella Valle--their food is tremendous and tasty. Great family run restaurant with high integrity. Five minutes walk from hotel. Nevermind the lower rating...their food is the real deal! "
