"Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida."

"Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. If you are traveling to Brazil you should stop by this area and have Castle experience. Highly recommended place !!!! Don't miss this hot spot when you in Brazil ! ...

"Quarto ao lado do gerador de energia, fazendo barulho o tempo inteiro. Gatos pelo hotel e cocô deles espalhados pelas vias de acesso aos quartos. Escadas sem contraste nas bordas, inclusive dentro da piscina, um prato cheio para quedas parece quem tem diminuição da acuidade visual (não só idosos!). Barata no quarto. Banheiro perto do circo fedendo mais que de rodoviária, podre de urina. Não há proteção contra chuva entre a recepção onde faz o check-in e o hotel, apenas um pedaço, o resto vc toma...

"This property is located in a central area, walkable to many dining options and etc...the building itself has only 10 years, furniture is nice and comfy beds. Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision. "

"Longe do centro, 15 min de carro sem possibilidade de ir a pé. Não tem serviço de quarto.. Estacionamento na rua mas não tive problemas. Pousada sem cuidado piscina e hidro sujas. Café da manhã ok esse sim com cuidados ref ao Covid. Quarto grande mas mal cuidado, quarto não foi limpo durante as duas noites bem como o lixo não foi retirado. Não se enganem pelas fotos... A parte social da pousada eh bonita e bem cuidada mas nem todos os quartos são parecido com as fotos... Podia ser mais...
