"We needed a hotel that accepted dogs and that limited our choice but this hotel offered decent sized rooms that were clean and staff were friendly. The area was decent and it was around 30 mins walk into pamplona. Buses were available but staff weren't sure whether they accepted dogs and we weren't confident enough to try them as our spanish is non existent. "

"Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this. "This place need so much attention on cleanliness, my son and I have to pull out our sleeping bags, so we can sleep better. The room was not dusted in days(weeks)? They had a cat and went right inside the room, thank God we are not allergic to them. "Our stay here was an experience. Unlike any other "hotel". Located spectacularly in the foothills of the pyrenees, accommodation consisted of little chalets scattered around a large area. Guests travel between the various facilities in golf carts. The restaurant was spectacular (view & food) but expensive. Breakfast was very good, also beautifully located"
