"Staff are welcomjng and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was warm, comfortable and well appointed. The view from our room would have been stunning had it not been for rain and mist. Views of Isle of Wight and Hurst Castle. . . . Plenty of coffee, tea etc. Shower room was clean and bright, with big soft towels galore. Food in the restaurant was delicious and service great. We have already booked to go back later in the year!"

"Really lovely property warm cosy and comfortable. Beds very good quality. Plenty of secure parking, lovely garden. We would highly recommend. Ideally need a car to visit local areas but only short journeys. Would have liked a local pub for evening out or a meal unfortunately the closest was about 1 mile but it’s closed down, this issue didn’t matter as we had a fabulous time and saw friends that we haven’t seen since before COVID so it was very special. "We enjoyed our stay here, walking distance to town and local shops/restaurants. Enjoyed being able to have facilities to make our own breakfast, although there is a restaurant downstairs. The shower was brilliant, water pressure was really good and the soaps provided were lovely. If we would niggle at anything it was the kettle took ages to boil, the loft bed light didn't work and the wall had some staining on it. But other than that a great night's sleep!"
