"We were very impressed with the location of this hotel - front row seats to 24-hour ocean waves. There was a glitch with the water/pipes in the wing we were in and we had to move rooms. The staff was apologetic and amazing in their professionalism to find solutions that worked. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Every room has a balcony I think. "Fantastic location, great ocean view, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast. My only concern was with the shower, which was lukewarm on two of my three nights. When I reported it to the front desk, they explained that it was due to high demand at the same time, but this didn’t make sense, as it wasn’t a busy season. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect a reliable hot water supply regardless of occupancy. Overall, though, a great experience with just this one small issue."

"Overall it was a good one-night stay including some essential gluten-free items for breakfast - no GF bread but we didn't expect that and had brought our own.
