"I travel a lot for work and I absolutely loved The Plough Inn. It’s in a beautiful village which is just picturesque, imagine a Christmas card with a snowy scene. It’s a cosy pub with a real warm friendly feel. The room itself was gorgeous, beautiful bedding and a cottage feel with a stunning a bathroom. It was exceptionally clean throughout and the towels were so fluffy it was like being wrapped in rabbit fur. I didn’t have dinner but if I was budging by the breakfast I’m sure it was...

"Room was lovely and clean. Brand new bathroom. Rest of room could do with updating but room was spotless. I had one of the rooms that opened to outside. The door was a little drafty was the only downside so had to turn the heating upto max to stay warm. But would 100% stay again."

The only negative would be that the room we stayed in (5) must have had the boiler in the loft above it as it was noisy in the dead of night.
