Built as a single storey villa, the property is approached through iron gates and up an oleander lined driveway. The villa has a large uncovered terrace leading to the entrance door and also to the pool area.

Inside, there is an airy, spacious lounge/dining room with large sliding doors providing unrestricted views across the countryside. There are two sofas and banco seating with cushions in the lounge and a large teak table perfect for dining all together. Next to the lounge there is a fitted kitchen with a door leading to a covered terrace with a teak table and chairs and a freestanding BBQ perfect for al-fresco dining.
To the left of the entrance there is a hallway (fitted with wardrobes) leading down to two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a shower room and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.

For the safety of the children, the swimming pool is gated.
